Delivery:
Upon placing order, a FLATE-HCC representative will provide a shipping date (normal shipping time is 2-5 business days). FLATE –HCC shall not be liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
Refund Policy:
All sales are final. For damaged merchandise (to include shipping damage), refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us for refund consideration.
Warranty:
FLATE-HCC makes no representation on warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitations:

The implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement;

That the product will meet your requirements, will always be available, uninterrupted, timely, or operate without error;

Any obligation, liability, right, claim, or remedy, whether or not arising from the negligence of FLATE-HCC or Hillsborough Community College. To the full extent permissible under applicable law, FLATE-HCC and Hillsborough Community College disclaim any and all such warranties.
Limitation of Liability:
FLATE-HCC and Hillsborough Community College will not be liable for any damages of any kind, including without limitation, direct or indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with or resulting from any goods or services purchased or obtained or message received or transactions entered into through these services.
Applicable Law:
The laws of this State of Florida govern this transaction. Any claim for relief shall be adjudicated in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
